At Integrative Health Solutions we are a mother-daughter team of Family Nurse Practitioners that have the passion to care for patients in a unique way. This starts with the ability to bring healthcare to you in the comfort of your own home or office! We will take the time to hear what you are saying and work with you to develop a plan. We also have the ability to integrate Western Healthcare and Functional Medicine, we tailor our approach of care to each patients’ unique needs. In addition to treating symptoms, we aim to discover and correct the underlying cause of the symptoms, with a focus on the whole person in hopes of achieving a state of well-being.
Philosophy- Sandy’s passion is nursing but is especially excited about women’s health including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She has also, personally, experienced the dramatic healing of functional medicine and continues training in that field so that she can offer the same to her patients. Sandy feels a synergistic blend of Western and Functional medicine can offer patients the best outcome.
Background- Sandy received her diploma in nursing from Georgia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor's and Masters of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Previously, she has been nationally certified as a Critical Care Nurse and currently holds certification for Inpatient Obstetrical Nursing. Sandy’s nursing experience has been concentrated in cardiac ICU and women’s health including Labor and Delivery. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
In her off time, Sandy enjoys traveling, writing, playing with grandchildren and photography
Krysta Turknett APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner
Philosophy-Krysta sees her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner as a patient advocate above all else. Her approach to healthcare is to discuss options with patients and work collaboratively with them to determine the best plan of care. She has a passion for preventive healthcare and guiding patients to live the best and healthiest life for them.
Background-Krysta received her Bachelor and Master of Science in nursing from the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, and lake days.

Since we don't work with insurance, we are able to spend quality time with you. Our prices are:
New patient (to become established): $125
Existing patient: $90
Telehealth: $75
For in-home/work-place visits there is an additional $50 trip charge. If more than one person is seen at the same location only one trip charge will be applied.
Functional Medicine fees are customized per patient.
