Hip Flexor Strain:
What is hip pain/hip flexor strain?
Hip pain can result from overuse injuries and repetitive activities, such as running or cycling for long distances. These overuse injuries place stress on the hip joint, leading to irritation and inflammation. A hip flexor strain occurs when the hip flexor muscles are overstretched or torn. If left untreated, these injuries can lead to painful joint degeneration.
Symptoms?
Pain in front and outside of hip and around hip joint
Inability to bend the hip or walk comfortably.
How Can I Help?
I utilize soft tissue manipulation effectively by addressing the cause of the pain, not just mitigating the symptoms.
