Wildflower Meadows is seeking a self motivated and reliable Property Grounds Manager. We are a 3 acre Senior Living Property with multiple cottages, common spaces, barns, and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to efficiently manage various tasks related to all inclusive indoor and outdoor groundskeeping and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance the landscaping of the property throughout the year.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and ensure proper upkeep of the water softener system.
• Ensure that all tools, mowers, trimmers, golf carts are in good working condition and well-maintained.
• Keep all shop spaces organized and clean.
• Undertake small handyman projects as needed.
• Handle painting and basic repairs to prepare cottages for new move-ins.
• Conduct routine maintenance on cottages, including changing HVAC filters, lightbulbs, fire alarm batteries, and powerwashing
Qualifications:
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds easily.
Employment Details:
• Work hours: about 20 hours per week.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and reference checks.
• We are open to hiring individuals or contracting with a handyman businesses, allowing you to manage employees you send to fulfill the job.
• A 60-day trial period will be implemented for the initial hire.
