It is perfectly normal to feel a little more sore after a session because
When your body experiences PEMF, it’s getting a cellular-level nudge to function better. That can mean:
✨ Increased circulation
✨ Cellular detox + waste removal
✨ Muscles and tissues “waking up” after being stuck in a stressed or inflamed state

Because of that, some people feel temporary soreness — similar to what you might feel after a great workout.

Why soreness can happen:
• Your body is flushing out inflammation and metabolic waste
• Blood flow is increasing to areas that were stagnant
• Muscles and joints are rebalancing and adapting
• Old injuries or tight areas are finally being activated

Think of it as your body doing some internal housekeeping.

How to lessen the duration of soreness:
✔️ Hydrate (more than you think you need)
✔️ Light movement (walks > sitting still)
✔️ Gentle stretching
✔️ Prioritize sleep
✔️ Add supportive therapies (red light, compression, etc.)

How to reduce the chances of soreness next time:
• Stay consistent (your body adapts quickly!)
• Hydrate BEFORE your session (Don’t forget electrolytes!)
• Communicate what you felt to your practitioner so sessions can be adjusted

The key takeaway:
Soreness doesn’t mean something went wrong — it often means your body is responding.

But it should always be manageable and short-lived. If it’s not, we adjust. That’s the beauty of personalized care 💛
