Avir at Burnet is Hiring an Activity Director!
We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Director to join our team and help enhance the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and lead daily resident activities
• Encourage participation and build relationships with residents
• Assist with transportation as needed
• Create and manage the monthly activity calendar
• Help decorate for holidays and special occasions
Qualifications:
• Experience in activities or working with seniors preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
