If you had asked me years ago what a “productive” day looked like, I would’ve rattled off a list of workouts, to-do lists, and measurable effort.

But over time, I’ve been unlearning that old mindset… and learning to celebrate a softer kind of productivity.

✨ Stretching because it feels good, not just to “count” as exercise.
✨ A slow walk focused on breathing, not calories burned.
✨ Sitting quietly with tea, reflection, or even a dog in my lap.

The kind of productivity the outside world can’t measure — but my soul definitely can.

I shared more about this shift in last month’s newsletter, along with a few practices I’m still working on (like remembering that play counts, too!).
