🌟 I left teaching to pursue my career in health coaching. I have loved every minute of it and it continues to bring to the next place in my journey.

🌟I am super excited to be partnering with the wonderful team at Vitae Functional Medicine of Burnsville. They all believe in the value of a coach, working with Nurse Practitioners, doctors and helping people find the right formula that is needed.

Year 41 means: 🎉Hormone Testing! 🎉

So grateful that I have been able to learn more about my hormones and how to best help them by the foods I eat, understanding my menstrual cycle, my movement and lifestyle in general.

My new certification from Institute of Integrative Nutrition has given me the tools to feel confident in testing myself in multiple ways to better understand my hormones. 😅

I am not treating, diagnosing or curing myself from an ailment. I am simply gathering data on how my body is responding and what my hormone count looks like right now.

Cheers to a year filled with continuing to find out how my body works! 🎉🤩
