To those doing the work of healing, helping, and holding things together; professionals, families, clients, and community partners:

Thank you.

Thank you to the professionals who continue showing up with compassion and commitment.

Thank you to the families who love deeply through difficult seasons.

Thank you to the individuals doing the hard work of recovery, growth, and starting over.

Thank you to every person carrying responsibilities others may never fully see.

In every role, one truth remains the same:

You cannot pour endlessly without refilling yourself.

Self-care is not selfish. It is necessary. It may look like rest, boundaries, asking for help, taking a walk, attending therapy, saying no, logging off, or simply giving yourself grace for making it through the day.

Healing and helping both require energy. Protecting your peace matters. Your wellbeing matters.

To those supporting others, and to those learning to support themselves, we see you.

Keep going, but take care of yourself along the way.

With appreciation for all who make recovery, healing, and hope possible every day.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate the wins!

Because they matter more than you think

Clean time isn’t just a number. It’s the early mornings that felt impossible. It’s choosing growth over comfort. It’s showing up, staying committed, and pushing through the moments that tested everything.

At Abria Recovery, we celebrate it all: 24 hours, 30 days,
6 months or 1 year and beyond

Every milestone reflects strength, resilience, and real change.

If you’re in recovery today, take a moment to recognize how far you’ve come. That progress is real, and it’s worth celebrating.

If you or someone you know is ready to begin their recovery journey, Abria Recovery is here to help. Being part of that journey and witnessing individuals reach milestones and celebrate their accomplishments.

It is exactly why we do what we do.

Building Stronger Connections Through Networkship

Abria had the privilege of visiting The Transformation House, The Recovery Hub and Agape Health & Wellness and what an impactful experience it was.

Touring each facility and learning more about the services they provide gave us a deeper appreciation for the vital role they play in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. What stood out most was the authentic culture, compassion, and genuine care demonstrated by every team.

Abria had the privilege of attending Recovery Day on the Hill at the Minnesota State Capitol , an incredible day centered around advocacy, connection, and strengthening the recovery community across our state.

We are truly grateful for all of the speakers who shared their insight, knowledge, and passion. The depth of experience and commitment to expanding resources and improving access to care was both impactful and inspiring.

Events like this reinforce how important it is for all of us in this field to come together, collaborate, and continue pushing forward meaningful change.

We also had the opportunity to connect with Derek from Amethyst Recovery Solutions and got to learn more about the services they provide, along with the initiatives they are actively working on to support individuals in recovery. It was equally great connecting with Daniel from Just Hope and hearing about the work they’re doing in the community , from street outreach efforts to recovery-focused events that are meeting people where they’re at.

It’s always powerful to be in spaces like this !

Advocating, learning, and building relationships with others who are equally committed to making a difference. Together, we continue to move the needle forward in creating a stronger, more supportive recovery community here in Minnesota.

Starting outpatient treatment is a big step.

Doing it while trying to secure stable housing can make it even harder.

Abria Recovery now offers Virtual Intensive Outpatient services across Minnesota, providing structured, high-accountability care.

Virtual treatment improves access by removing transportation and scheduling barriers. But access alone does not sustain recovery. Stability matters.

To help reduce barriers to engagement, Recovery Stability Navigation service for individuals participating in our virtual program. When requested, this may include reviewing financial options such as GRH, board and lodge, or self-pay, connecting with multiple housing providers based on client choice, and coordinating communication with proper releases in place.

Clinical placement decisions are always guided by ASAM Criteria. Housing navigation is separate from treatment recommendations.

Our focus remains clear: ethically reduce barriers while delivering clinically appropriate care.

If you are supporting someone who may benefit from structured virtual outpatient treatment and is navigating housing instability, we welcome the conversation.

For Virtual IOP admissions, call 952-406-8105 or email info@abriarecovery.com
