Hip pain tried to put the brakes on Craig’s biking routine, but thanks to Dr. Robert Knowlan, he’s back in the saddle again.
“During my first visit to TCO, an X-ray confirmed what I suspected: my left hip was bone on bone. Dr. Knowlan explained the TCO EXCEL program, and while the details were clearly laid out in the mailer and a follow-up Zoom call, nothing could have prepared me for the exceptional care I received.
Every step of the process, from surgery through recovery, exceeded expectations. From the warm greeting in the waiting room to the person who placed my IV at 5:30 AM, everyone had such a confident, positive attitude that I actually asked, ‘Why is everyone so nice and happy?’ The answer was always the same, ‘We’re a team. We work well together. We love what we do.’
After surgery, I moved to the care suites in Eagan, where the same level of kindness and professionalism continued. The van driver, the transition nurse, and every staff member I met made it clear this wasn’t just a job, it was a team committed to doing things the right way. I also have to mention how clean and well-kept the care suites were. That attention to detail stood out.”
