The integration of meditation, mindfulness and movement are all important components of Yoga, and I am delighted to guide you into your next Flow. My name is Irene Lindberg and I have spent that last 10 years training and serving in: Wellness Coaching (Spencer Institute), Life Coaching (Beautiful You Coaching Academy), Zumba, Fitness Instructor, and as a 200 hour YTT Yoga Instructor (Holy Yoga). I live in Minnesota with my husband and 4 wonderful children.
