Goswami Yoga I enjoy helping people explore their own bodies and mind through a physical practice, meditation and breath.

I love using yoga to build a community and working with small local businesses and organizations. I was introduced to asana practice as a child through my Daddy, though I began studying more deeply into it later. With a strong base in Hatha Yoga, I completed my 230 hour teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2012 and I have begun my 500 hour training. I find that life is the practic

All Levels Age 14-16 are welcome with paid adult Focus on opening, stretching and strengthening for better mobility and since we meet in the evening, relaxation.
