I have been blessed to be volunteering with this local organization by massaging the foster parents of MN during special events hosted by Foster Together.
Foster parents are a special group of adults that in an instance take on kids of all ages, rearrange their entire home and lives and do what most parents of these kids wouldn’t do, love these babies!!
I met a mom the other day that had 10 teenagers in her small home! Please send her prayers yall 🤪
Abundant goods is a place where these foster parents can bring these kids in to shop for necessities when they are moved around or dropped off in an emergency situation with nothing. I have a donation bin located now in my studio if you feel it in your heart to bring something’s to share with these kids or if you would like to donate directly. They are also always looking for volunteers if your heart calls you to donate time.

For more than a year I have experienced first hand how messed up our system is. Even though we have been made to believe that this, like every other system is so well designed to uphold the rules of law and ensure fairness for all individuals. Leaders within this system—judges, prosecutors and law enforcement—hold significant power in shaping its operation and outcomes. Stringing along & pushing continuation for others to help solve the problems at hand. So many innocent & vulnerable humans fall into the control of this system forever. The decisions enforced by powerful leaders determine accountability widespread and impact the lives of individuals, families and communities. With this power comes a responsibility to act impartially, uphold ethical standards, and protect the rights of all citizens. When leaders use their authority with integrity, the justice system forms trust and equity; when misused it proves injustice and undermines public intelligence. At the end of the day, they are all just a human much like you & I choosing to sleep alone.

By far, the best training session!!! How cute are these two together?? One of my absolute favorite power couples!!!

Hubby bought a massage table & gives frequent massages. She’s a teacher- Lord knows she needs relief daily but also he is fulfilling her love language. He watches all the YouTube videos but he just needed a little extra guidance.
Gentlemen he’s applying all the pressure. Make all the effort to show your love this season with making the little things matter most. Be intentional & creative with your gifts 🫶🏽

Did you know all those emotions you felt yesterday towards someone in your family deserve to be released from your body???
Did you know that toxins will build up around those organs of stored emotions, so much so that it could make your own self sick!!!
You can go to all the Doctors you want but never find an answer.
Emotions are energy that will need to be released from your body.
Thankfully God made our bodies perfectly so nobody else could see all the negative energy within each of us.
Similar to any other object that functions with filters; our bodies have lymph nodes such like filters that need to be cleaned out often to support the filtration of toxins. To cleanse our body of negative energy!!!
Release those emotions. Your body needs space for all the positive energy to heal & live life 💜

No one deserves abuse or toxicity out of the pretext of love.
Domestic violence has been normalized so much in our society that most victims don’t even know they are being abused!
A challenging point is how and when such victims will start growing out of an abusive relationship and determining self worth.
Relationships should be free of mental, physical & emotional abuse.
Throughout the dark corners of our neighborhoods, countless individuals suffer silently from the devastating effects of abuse.
From a survivor to a mentor;
360 communities is a fabulous organization creating safe spaces for women to blossom & children to flourish.
We can’t change what’s going on around us until we change what is going on within us. Give to the max this week!!!

Since women have lactation specialists after delivery- where are our C-section specialists??
I’m here to tell you that your scar can be beautiful!!! I’m here to tell you that c-section delivery is your birth story & it’s absolutely beautiful!!
Unfortunately, nobody gives you tips going into surgery & certainly no follow up care instructions for your incision. I’m here to share with you- ask for your abdominal binder and wear it religiously for atleast 2 weeks! Use foam on the incision if the binder irritates your skin. Massage around your incision & open your drainage pathways. Ice/heat not directly on incision or skin. Oh & if you cough, sneeze or even laugh- HOLD YOUR INCISION!
Your low back will get inflamed, tight and/or sore.
You will not be stuck with a fluid flap under my care!!!!
