Today we are sending off our long time (and very beloved) hygienist, Noni, into retirement! She was a pillar of our hygiene staff for the last 35 years and has touched so many lives along the way! We will miss her dearly and I know her patients will too! We are wishing her a fantastic retirement full of gardening, time with family and lots of adopted fur babies/rescues! Congratulations Noni and happy retirement! We 🩵 you and you will always be a big part of the 🩵 of HOTCD!

Last Friday we got to spend the morning learning all about hospitality directly from the handbook of The Ritz Carlton! We are so grateful for our patients who were accommodating in their schedules to allow us to have this day to spend as a team learning how to make our office that much more inviting and memorable for our patients! We 🩵 continuing education at HOTCD!

Yesterday was Cheyanne’s 2 year anniversary at HOTCD! We love how she is willing to learn new things that help both our patients and our practice. She Is willing to jump In wherever she Is needed whether that’s answering a call at the front desk, wrapping Instruments In sterile or numbing a patient for the doctor.

When Chey has a break from working hard you can find her in the break room making sure the chips and salsa are out for us (very important!) or sneaking into Maria’s office for an “emergency Kit Kat”!
