After months of colder weather and less movement, your muscles and joints may feel a little stiff. The good news? A 5-minute morning mobility routine can help improve circulation, loosen tight areas, and get your spine and joints moving before the day begins.

Try this Quick Morning Mobility Routine:

• Neck Rolls (30 seconds)
Gently roll your head in a slow circle to release tension in the neck and shoulders.

• Shoulder Rolls (30 seconds)
Lift your shoulders toward your ears, roll them back, and drop them down. Repeat several times to loosen the upper back.

• Cat–Cow Stretch (1 minute)
On your hands and knees, alternate between arching and rounding your back to wake up the spine and improve flexibility.

• Torso Twists (1 minute)
Stand tall and gently rotate your upper body side to side to activate your core and spinal mobility.

• Hip Circles (1 minute)
Place hands on hips and slowly circle your hips in both directions to loosen the lower back and hip joints.

• Forward Fold Stretch (1 minute)
Bend forward at the hips and let your arms hang toward the floor to stretch the hamstrings and decompress the spine.
