As we had our live music session this month we had a few residents get their nails done as well. Nothing like a good 70s nail salon aesthetic. We were having a blast.

Carefree Living by Oxford Living – Minnesota

Carefree Living is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to support our growing assisted living communities across Minnesota. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and excellence in resident care while supporting our mission of compassionate, resident-centered care.

What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience), flexible scheduling, medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and free meals at our communities.

Qualifications: Current RN license in Minnesota required, BSN and Public Health Nurse certification preferred, 10+ years of nursing experience (assisted living or home health preferred), strong leadership and management background, knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement in Minnesota, and the ability to travel to Carefree Living communities statewide.
