We are pleased to share that Kayla is returning (winter travels post Helene) to the massage room next week and she has sessions available!

Kayla specializes in Esalen massage. This style has long flowing moves and can vary from light to deep pressure depending on your preference.

It was an honor to provide short clinical bodywork sessions for the folks at West Burnsville Fire Department today.

The volunteers here are all a joy to meet and the food being served was delicious. Deep gratitude to everyone.

The amount of high quality supplies and necessities being sent out from here is impressive to say the least.

We will provide FREE short sessions (injury treatment) on designated days. These will be listed in scheduling and announced on our page. They can be schedule or just walk in during set hrs.

We will be open tomorrow offering therapeutic massage sessions.

We have taken a few days to care for our community, our home, and our office but we hear the need for compassionate touch after all the stress, fear and loss. We hear the need for muscle adjustments after all the digging and cutting and hauling. So we are here and ready to support in the way we know best.

Adon has a few full length, on the table sessions available tomorrow. These will be regular session lengths at a $20 discount due to the hurricane.

Eliza will be offering short clinical sessions at no cost. We would particularly like to invite all recovery staff to come see us for these but all are welcome.

Things we could use help with today at Ironwood Arts - Massage Therapy . These will be used to help our community. More info at the end.

Need to borrow a pop tent or two.

Building a billboard at our office.

A small shed to be put at our office.

Soft tissue therapist and PTs who want to help.

We are working on reopening to offer bodywork to those wanting and muscular injury treatment to those working and helping. We will have FREE and donation based bodywork and discounted regular sessions as well as setting up our vibroacuatic tables for FREE use.
