Strange things happen in my plant neighborhood.

I decided to take my time away to focus only on myself and my family and the beautiful, unfamiliar surroundings that was the back drop for an astounding experience. Having a traffic jam caused my cows made my heart sing. So, I am now back in the proverbial.saddle and open for new coaching clients. I decided that I don't like the term life COACH because it sounds to gym teachers like and superior so stay tuned as I figure out a better word for what I do!😅😅😅

And maybe it hits you that what's meant to be done is finding those moments that make you feel alive. They don't have to be monumental but ill tell you this...you will find them often in nature.

Driving and driving and then around the bend, I was gifted this sight! I got to thinking how majestic and terrifying mountains are. They have grown over hundreds of years, weathered many a storm, have seen life and death and change and yet there they are... beautiful and awe inspiring. The terrifying part... navigating the twists and turns..fearful of what may be around the next corner...white knuckling the journey. Mountains are the perfect representation of life and our experiences... well... pretty much everything in nature can teach us about ourselves and resilience.. today, it's mountains. 💗

I decided to take a solo trip out West with my dog to clear my head and make room for awe and inspiration. It's been a while since I have ventured out on my own and it's different. . .. but good. Sometimes we need to just set our sights on new horizons to bring us home to ourselves.
