🧘‍♀️ Yoga w/ Marie:
NO CLASS THIS WEEK!!!!

🥊 Kickboxing w/ Ivan:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 6:30-7:30 pm

💪 Functional Fitness w/ Amanda
Monday 8 am
Wednesday 6:30 am and 9 am
No class Friday
(Classes will resume normal schedule after this week)

We added another class this week!!!
Come try out Kickboxing with Coach Ivan tonight from 6:30-7:30 pm and if that time doesnt work, he will be having a class tomorrow 6:30-7:30 pm! Classes are $10 for members and $15 for non members. We are also working on a monthly rate, and will have that option available soon. 🥊

If you haven’t noticed, we’ve been working on our jump rope skills lately! Julena learned how to do a running man and boxer skip today! Melody just figured out the basic bounce with a rope, and Randy’s doing rope swings to work on timing. We like to make cardio fun around here! 💪
