This is to formally address a matter of serious concern regarding recent unethical and potentially unlawful activities carried out by my former office administrator. It has come to my attention that this individual has:
• Solicited and diverted clients away from my business for personal or competing interests;
• Recruited or attempted to recruit staff from my business in violation of loyalty and/or contractual obligations;
• Engaged in hiring practices that may include unreported, cash-based compensation in violation of labor and tax laws.
These actions represent a breach of trust, professional ethics, and may constitute civil and/or criminal violations under applicable state and federal law. Documentation and witness accounts are being compiled.
I am currently reviewing all legal remedies available, including but not limited to cease-and-desist actions, civil litigation for damages, and reporting the conduct to appropriate regulatory and tax authorities.
To those impacted or aware of these actions: I encourage you to come forward. Silence in the face of misconduct can have legal and professional consequences.
My business was built on trust, compliance, and service. I will take every lawful step necessary to protect it!
