Full Circle Home Health Care Agency is a small business serving clients in their home who are having difficulty with activities of daily living due to illness, disability, or recovery from injury. Full Circle can help families who need 24 hour live-in support, or families who many need only 1 day a week. Our services include:


-Assistance with personal care, such as: bathing, hygiene, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding, and medication reminding.
-Homemaking services, such as: assistance with housecleaning, laundry, respite and transportation for errands, appointments, shopping, and outings.
-Companionship/Sitting services which includes basic supervision to ensure client safety and well-being.
-Respite services which provides assistance and support to primary care givers.
-Friendly Reassurance services which includes making contact with homebound clients.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Coldwater, MI. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment
• Support residents’ comfort and dignity at all times

Requirements:
• Current Michigan CNA certification
• Ability to work full-time 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM)
