Tennis elbow doesn’t usually improve with random exercises.

It improves when the load is actually targeted.

Most people start with generic movements like bicep curls, but these don’t fully address what’s going on at the tendon level.

What actually helps:
• Forearm pronation and supination to improve rotational control for gripping and daily use
• Forearm wrist rolls to build endurance for repeated carrying and gripping
• Resisted wrist extension to gradually strengthen the wrist extensors commonly involved in tennis elbow

The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to load the right areas in a way your elbow can tolerate and adapt to over time.
