I am grateful for all the Nurse Practitioners that came before me. I am grateful for them working hard for advancing our knowledge and the scope of our practice. I am grateful for the long road they paved towards Full Practice Authority in Maryland.

Without them, I would never be on this road. I would never practice in a restricted state. I collaborate freely with my Physician and NP and PA colleagues and we all do really good work together to care for people. I am meant to be doing this, here and right now.

I am grateful to be a Family Nurse Practitioner this week that we are recognized.

That’s exactly why I’m moving to a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. With DPC, you’ll have:

Unrushed visits focused on your health, not insurance checkboxes

Direct access to me, the Provider, for questions, follow-ups, and peace of mind
Clarity and transparency—no surprise bills, co-pays, or hidden fees

Holistic care aimed at long-term health and reducing unnecessary medications

Weight loss treatment and Hormone Replacement Therapy included in membership

More time with your provider, and less time waiting

Still be able to use your insurance for all of the things you still require

As of January 1, 2026, the new healthcare bill has allowed for DPC to be an approved expense for Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

We have had many patients be able to use their Flexible Savings Accounts towards memberships, as well (Employer Dependant)

And right now, you have the chance to lock your monthly membership pricing:
👉 $119/month — Individual (ages 18-65+)
👉 $229/month — Couple
👉 $229/month – Family +$55/month/child for first two children (age 6-26 years) and +$50/month for each child after two
👉Add on a child (6-26) to Adult (for single parents) +$55/child first two, then +$50/child each additional
