There are times when it would be nice to be able to talk to someone who is objective yet supportive and where you feel heard and validated in a safe environment. Each session will consist of us working together through the issues that are preventing you from achieving your life's dreams and goals. I consider it a blessing to journey along side of clients who are ready to move towards living a more

intentional and fulfilling life. Through the counseling process, clients discover healthy ways of coping and working through struggles so that personal growth and well-being is the outcome of counseling. The cost of therapy should not be a hindrance for getting the kind of help that you need and are looking for. My rates are extremely reasonable and I do have a sliding fee scale available for those who have a hard time considering therapy because of financial issues.

Once we decide to proceed, each session will consist of us working together through the issues that are preventing you from achieving your life's dreams and goals.
