You don’t have a supplement deficiency. You have an information deficiency.
None of these supplements are bad. But when you’re taking them based on a trending Reel instead of what YOUR body actually needs, you’re not healing — you’re guessing. And in Chinese Medicine, the wrong supplement isn’t just neutral. It actively pushes your body further out of balance.
☕ Ashwagandha is warm and tonifying — beautiful if you’re cold and depleted. But if your tongue is red, peeled, and dry? You’re burning through your Yin reserves and making the night sweats, anxiety, and insomnia worse.
🟡 Turmeric moves qi and Blood — powerful when there’s stagnation. But if your Spleen can’t hold things together, you’re moving energy you don’t have and tanking your digestion.
