Join us starting next week for a Wednesday night sunset slow flow at 7pm ! 🧘🏼🌅🪷 This will be an easier, slower class to get you right and rested after work and before bed, highlighted for my friends that will be going back to teach and those wanting to squeeze in another class mid-week. This is a great opportunity to purchase a membership and take advantage of an extra class for August!
