Join us on Saturday, 1/24 from 12-4 PM for our Annual Wellness Expo presented by the Baierl Family YMCA! The New Year is a time to strengthen our community one individual at a time. By seeking opportunities to better our health, we create a network of support that is based in strength and education, giving us the power to choose health and longevity.

The 2026 Baierl Family YMCA Wellness Expo is free and open to the public- no YMCA membership is necessary to attend! We will offer participants the chance to discover wellness with keynote speakers, demonstrations, screenings, and information booths that provide adults the information they need to make decisions for their health based on their own personal needs and goals. We wanted to share what’s coming up for the rest of January, and there’s so much to be excited about.

First up is the soft opening of our newest location in Cranberry, which feels like a big milestone for our community. Then Emily in Oakdale is hosting a fun glow sensory play event, and our Spectrum Club is wrapping things up with a Harry Potter party.

They’re all going to be a great time, and we hope to see you at one of these events. Come hang out with us, meet other families, and enjoy some fun together.

You can find more details and RSVP through our Facebook events.
