How peaceful and exciting it felt to represent Ukraine at the International European Massage Championship!

This experience brought deep insights, expansion — and a sense of flow with people who don’t compete but share: skills, presence, and their unique energy.
Finally, I felt — I’m among my people.

The only one I competed with was myself — as a Master, a Student, a Human who loves everything new and alive.

The flow of Love, Healing, and Joy was incredible.
Grateful to myself for this path of self-discovery.

I want to share my experience of fasting for 10 days!
Yes, it was a month of body preparation in 4 stages, then 36 hours of dry fasting and 9 days of living on one water. Of course, this path was accompanied by experts in their field!
On this way I met myself. With their fears and preferences, with their prejudices and limitations. I felt my choice and met my Willpower! I remembered myself as a child, how it was enough to eat one apple a day to have an unlimited amount of energy and a great mood! I realized how many mental programs are instilled in us through the cult of food! How food consumption limits us and makes us slaves and tools of the financial pyramid: food-addiction-limitation of energy-limitation of thinking-limitation of action-psychological limitation, disease-medicine-shortening of life…. Also, I deliberately left the experience of fasting in time (since the project involves 21 days of fasting) in order to experience all possible stages. I also realized that this is my willpower, I always study all sides in any human relationships, projects, life situations, in new experiences, even if at first glance it is a longer and more difficult path, I realized that this is my the way to know yourself and the world! And for me he is perfect😍.

So this is another new chapter in my life and another tool to heal people who are already ready for it: INGUZ - CranioSacral Therapy - the integration of the four selves: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

P.S. Next year I intend to fast for 21 days, maybe more 😉 What will be my will at that time! I wish everyone their true path!

Craniosacral Therapy is helpful in the prevention and treatment of migraines.
