Every spring it happens. 🌱

Mulch goes down.
Back pain shows up.

Not because yard work is dangerous.

Because it’s strength work done without preparation.

Hinging.
Carrying.
Rotating.
For hours.

You’re basically doing a long workout… just outside. 💪

The problem isn’t the movement.
It’s the dosage.

You wouldn’t program hundreds of reps in the gym after months off…
…but that’s exactly what yard work becomes.

Build the strength and capacity first so your body is ready when yard season hits.

We’ve said it before... your body doesn’t hate movement — it hates surprises. ⚠️
