We’re back with another wellness tip!

Whether you can or want to be lifting heavy weights in the gym or not, your body simply benefits from movement each day 💪

Here are a few ideas for getting in some daily movement:

Take a walk around the block first thing in the morning, during your lunch break, and when you’re done working if you can.
Take stretch breaks often throughout the day, but especially before bed.
Use free videos on YouTube for ideas for working at home.
Lean on a friend to keep you accountable. If you can, walk together, if you can’t check in with each other to make sure you’re both moving throughout the day.
Use a CBD lotion to help your sore muscles
