Rita came to me not to follow a strict plan, but to finally stop the cycle of eating past fullness, chasing satiety, & feeling stuck.
Her goals?
👉🏻 Eat with intention, not emotion
👉🏻 Fuel her hiking, biking, & swimming (she regularly logs 30+ mile rides!)
👉🏻 End the day feeling light, energized, & not bloated or regretful
Over the past few months of accountability coaching, Rita:
✔️ Added lean proteins to every meal (goodbye tofu fatigue ✌🏻)
✔️ Cut back the fruit overload, but still kept her beloved 🍒 (with a 20-cherry rule 😜)
✔️ Tuned into real hunger vs. old habits
✔️ Traded “all or nothing” for “one meal at a time”
Her favorite tools?
➡️ Jumping jacks after meals (if she overate, it hurt 😅)
➡️ High-protein salads that were as gorgeous as they were satisfying
➡️ Daily check-ins to stay mindful, not obsessive
