Between the flu & the snowstorms, I think it officially counts as a FREE TRIAL MONTH.
So if January felt messy, off-schedule, or just plain chaotic… you’re not behind. February can be a fresh start too❄️➡️🌤️

My February training hours are posted so you can reset, recommit, & get back into a routine that actually works for your life 💪🏻🗓️
And if life is still messy (because… winter 🙃), virtual sessions are always an option. Showing up counts, even if it’s from home 🏡💻

You don’t need to eat LESS. You need to eat SMARTER.

That looks like starting with protein instead of cutting carbs.
Adding veggies instead of eliminating foods.
Drinking water without giving up coffee.
And making meals you already enjoy just a little more balanced.

These small shifts are how progress actually happens, especially for busy women.

Strong habits don’t come from lectures. They come from example.

Training together builds more than muscle. It builds confidence, connection, & memories that last longer than any workout.

But progress doesn’t start when things calm down.
It starts when you decide to work WITH the season you’re in.

So much yick is going around right now 🤧
Flus. Viruses. Winter germs doing us DIRTY.

Here’s the rule I live by:
⬆️ Above the neck (runny nose, sneezing, mild congestion)?
➡️ Light movement might be okay.

⬇️ Below the neck (fever, body aches, chest congestion, extreme fatigue/GI issues)?
➡️ That’s a hard REST.

And a gentle reminder:
My training studio is inside my home, so if you’re sick, please be considerate & stay home. Protecting my family matters.

✨ BUT ✨
That doesn’t mean skipping accountability.

I offer virtual sessions, & you’d be amazed what we can do with:
✔️ Bands
✔️ Dumbbells
✔️ Or even bodyweight

Resting when your body asks for it is not laziness.
Modifying is not failure.
Healing IS part of training.

This all started with a phone call one year ago TODAY. 📞
It turned into a year of strength, sweat, laughter, & time together.

Kim is 46 years strong today & training with her daughter, Cora has become about so much more than workouts. 💜
It’s about moving together. 💪🏻
Showing up together. 👏🏻
And building confidence side by side. 🌟

I’m SO lucky to coach several mom & daughter duos, & it never gets old watching them grow together. 🫶🏻 If that’s something you’ve been thinking about, I’d love to support you too.
