It’s the last day of March & we’re coming out of winter hibernation! 🐻➡️ 🏃🏻‍♀️
The days are longer, the weather’s warming up, & everyone’s starting to think about those spring & summer goals 👙💪🏻

No need to go from 0 to 100. Just start showing up again.

I’m on spring break this week, so I’ve got a few adjusted hours mixed in with my regular schedule 👇🏻
Thurs, April 2: 7:00–7:30am • 8:45–10:00am • 4:00–6:30pm
Fri, April 3: 7:00am–12:00pm
Mon, April 6: 7:00–7:30am • 8:45–11:00am • 4:00–6:00pm
Thurs, April 9: Closed 9:00am–12:00pm
Sat, April 11: Pgh 412 Day Group Training @ 10:00am
✅Everything else stays the same!

Lois, Caryn, Kim, Amber & Tricia showed up despite the power outage & all of the snow, and got STRONG anyway. 💪🏻 🔥

No perfect conditions. No excuses.
Just women putting in the work. ⚒️

One of my favorite parts of this job?
Watching women of all ages realize they’re stronger than they thought. 💪🏻

Today I’ve been thinking about all the women & girls I get to work with every week.

From preteens just learning their way around the gym…
to women in their 30s & 40s juggling work, kids, & a million responsibilities…
to women in their 50s, 60s & beyond who want to stay strong & active for the long run.
Sometimes it’s even moms & daughters… or grandmas & granddaughters training side by side. 💕

Different ages. Different goals.
But they’re wanting the same things: to feel strong, capable, & good in their bodies.

I get to watch women realize their bodies aren’t “failing” them, they’re just changing.
I see them get stronger & lift heavier than they thought they could.
I watch them gain confidence & take care of themselves in ways they maybe never have before.

So today on International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating every woman who is showing up for herself: in the gym, on a walk, in the kitchen, or just trying to take a little better care of her body.

I see you. And I’m so dang proud of you. 👏🏻

It’s March 1st! 🌤️ The days are getting longer. We’re seeing the sun a little more. And (hopefully! 🤞🏻) we’re about done with snow. 🙅🏻‍♀️❄️

Spring is on its way & it’s such a good time to tighten things up before summer sneaks up on us. 🏖️

My March training hours are mostly the same as last month, with a few adjustments:

Thursday, March 5 – Closed 9:00–12:00
Monday, March 16 – Closed 4:00–5:30
Saturday, March 28 – Closed
Week of March 30 – Open 7:00–8:00am & 9:00am–6:00pm (spring break week!)

Between the flu & the snowstorms, I think it officially counts as a FREE TRIAL MONTH.
So if January felt messy, off-schedule, or just plain chaotic… you’re not behind. February can be a fresh start too❄️➡️🌤️

My February training hours are posted so you can reset, recommit, & get back into a routine that actually works for your life 💪🏻🗓️
And if life is still messy (because… winter 🙃), virtual sessions are always an option. Showing up counts, even if it’s from home 🏡💻

You don’t need to eat LESS. You need to eat SMARTER.

That looks like starting with protein instead of cutting carbs.
Adding veggies instead of eliminating foods.
Drinking water without giving up coffee.
And making meals you already enjoy just a little more balanced.

These small shifts are how progress actually happens, especially for busy women.
