This summer Hannah didn’t just “work out” … she built a lifestyle that carried her further on the trail, the water, & in life. 🚴♀️🚣♀️🥾
Hannah used to struggle keeping up on the water, but this year? 👉🏻 She kayaked side by side with her husband without extra effort. 🙌🏻
🥾 Hiking no longer means frequent breaks & her running time is faster.
🧘♀️ She’s holding crow pose & even crushing 6 minutes of planks in yoga sculpt.
👩🏻🌾 She’s gardening, moving chicken coops, biking, & feeling stronger every week.
The physical progress is 🔥 … but her mindset growth is even bigger ❤️

Hannah’s results didn’t come from an all-or-nothing plan.
They came from simple, consistent non-negotiables:
✅ 100g+ protein daily
✅ 8–10k steps
✅ 100 oz water
✅ Strength training 3x/week
When she felt stuck with her weight, she got curious. She tracked honestly, realized she was eating maintenance calories, & adjusted… without cutting out the foods she loves. 🍫🌮 She learned how to portion, swap, & fuel instead of restrict.
