I have a mental health tip for you all!

Go outside today and stay there for at least 10-15 minutes. Go for a walk, sit in your hammock and relax, build a snowman, do whatever you want...just get out there! You might get a little cold. Remind yourself that it's okay, it won't hurt you (just don't forget gloves and a hat and coat!).

Winter has been intense in Western PA so far this year. Seasonal affective disorder (aka seasonal depression) is very real thing. It's still chilly out there but we have a break from the frigid cold today and the sky is blue and the sun is out! We are going to be human snowmen next week so get out there today and soak up all of the vitamin D that you can! Try to leave your phone inside and enjoy the beauty that God has provided!

I personally don't like winter, but I know that finding the beauty in things and being grateful for them helps! ❤️
