I pay more attention to the little things I use every day… what’s in them, how they smell, how they make a space feel.

A clean, fresh, windows-open kind of scent! Like sun-dried laundry with soft notes of lemon, lavender, and neroli. Ever smelled neroli? It is divine!

Not overpowering. Not artificial. Just…calm, fresh, and simple.

I’m not doing a full “spring overhaul”. I’m just making small, better choices where it makes sense. This is one of them.

This is one I always come back to when the house feels stale. It’s a clean, fresh scent and really good for neutralizing odors after a long winter of everything being closed up.

Easy to use in laundry, diffuser, or just to freshen up small spaces like closets, cars, or shoes.

200 PV — Thieves (15ml)
Probably one of the most well-known blends for a reason. It’s one of those everything oils, used for wellness support and cleaning.

I diffuse it a lot, especially when trying to keep everyone feeling well, and it’s great added into cleaning routines too. It has that warm, slightly cinnamon/clove scent that just makes everything feel clean.

300 PV — Detoxzyme
This one is more of an internal support. If you ever feel bloated, sluggish, or off after eating, it helps support digestion and how your body processes food.

It’s a blend of enzymes that help break down fats, proteins, and carbs, and a lot of people take it regularly or just keep it on hand for heavier meals.

Overall, this is one of those months where the freebies are things you’ll actually use, not just something that sits in a drawer.

Winter always takes a toll on my skin, so this time of year I find myself mixing up little DIY scrubs using my essential oils.

This lavender + ylang ylang sugar scrub is one of my favorites. It’s a gentle exfoliator and leaves skin feeling soft and moisturized.

My simple recipe:
• Fill a small jar about ½–¾ full with sugar
• Add grapeseed oil until the sugar is just covered
• Stir in 2 drops lavender essential oil
• Add 2 drops ylang ylang essential oil

I like leaving a little space in the jar so I can stir it before each use. These small jars also make sweet little gift or sample jars—just add a label, ribbon, or mini spoon.
