National Donut Day is tomorrow! Free donut Friday morning if you stop by 8:30-Noon for a gym tour or for current members coming by to exercise! Limited supply!

Open to all members, whoever comes in the most over the next 6 weeks will win a 49 Functional Fitness LLC water bottle and a free month to the gym.
We will post a leaderboard in the gym weekly so you can try to watch if you’re in the top 5!

If you come in with another member, make sure you scan your card because it’s the only way we can track attendance. (should be scanning your card each time anyway)

I am back in the office today until 1:00. I will also be here the rest of the week but hours and availability will vary. Keep in mind that I will be working on patients and getting the phone alone for the next few weeks so if I don't pick up right away, leave a message and I'll call you back as soon as I can.

As a lot of you know, we are expecting our baby very soon so our hours of operation will be looking a little different. If you're trying to get in, keep an eye on our online scheduling to see when we open up some availability or leave us a voicemail so we can return your call.
