Spandex and leg warmers? Hell NO! This is where Raylene got her start in teaching and we thought it’d be fun to bring it back! But, this ain’t yo mamma’s 1980’s workout! This retro workout has been UPDATED! Expect cardio, expect strength building, expect coordination! It can be intense but also a ton of fun! Please bring a water bottle and small towel and bring clean athletic shoes to wear during class. Space is very limited (5 per class) so sign up soon! Friday, March 27th 5:30-6:30pm
