🚌Adventure was in the air this week at Newhaven Court at Clearview!

🎣Our Senior Living and LifeStories Residents set out for a scenic bus ride to the Oneida Lake dam, where we discovered the amazing SolarBees that help keep the lake healthy by circulating the water and fighting algae. We also learned that Oneida Lake is Butler’s water source, making this outing even more meaningful!

🦆We even spotted some ducks out and about! Between the crisp spring air, warm sunshine, beautiful views, and plenty of laughs along the way, it was the perfect mix of fun, friendship, and learning. Sometimes the best memories are made just by hitting the road together!

This week, we were so excited to welcome some of our younger visitors to the community to celebrate Spring and all things Easter!

Tuesday morning was filled with sweet treats, colorful masterpieces, and a special story time led by our Executive Operations Officer, Krystle Pry, who shared the very best tips for successfully catching the Easter Bunny. Of course, the star of the show made an appearance too—cotton-tailed, camera-ready, and full of Easter magic as our kiddos enjoyed taking photos with our furry friend!

Dira recently celebrated 20 amazing years at Newhaven Court at Clearview, and it is easy to see why so many people took the time to nominate her for this month’s HERO recognition! 💙

Known for her contagious laugh, her incredible dedication, and the way she jumps right into all the fun, Dira gives 150% to everything she does. Whether she is dressed as a flapper for our Big Band Dances, showing off her dance moves, participating in our Motivational Advancement Program, or helping keep Clearview looking its very best, Dira brings joy, energy, and heart to our community every single day. ✨

She is someone our residents trust, our team counts on, and our entire community is lucky to have. We are so grateful for the love, laughter, and outstanding service Dira has shared with Clearview for the past 20 years.

What do you get when you mix springtime, creativity, and marshmallow Peeps? A pretty spectacular Peep Show! 🌷🐥

On March 25, Newhaven Court at Clearview hosted a fun-filled afternoon featuring 6 amazing Peep masterpieces. From Peeps at the Rock Show to paddle boarding Peeps, each creation brought plenty of smiles — but the crowd favorite was Peeps vs. T-Rex! 🦖🎉

Residents, families, friends, and team members enjoyed voting for their favorite displays while sharing coffee, treats, and lots of springtime cheer.

Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate and make the afternoon so much fun!

At Newhaven Court at Clearview, giving back to our community is always close to our hearts. ❤️
Recently, our residents and team members came together to collect socks for Socks for Seniors, a wonderful local organization that gathers and distributes thousands of Christmas gifts to seniors in need each year. 🧦🎁
Thanks to the generosity and kindness of everyone involved, we were able to help spread warmth, comfort, and cheer to older adults throughout our community. It's amazing what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose!

Friendship makes all the difference. 💜

Moving into a community can come with a lot of questions, emotions, and important decisions for residents and their families. Having a trusted friend by your side can make that transition feel so much easier — and a whole lot warmer.

Starting Saturday uncaffeinated definitely was not part of this weekend’s plan. After a coffee machine malfunction kicked off our morning on a rough note, our team made the best of it and kept things moving with a smile.

A special shoutout to our new friend Juno at Dunkin’ at Butler Crossing for saving the day and accommodating a large order on short notice. We are so grateful for the quick help and kindness from the Dunkin’ team!
