Jordan is a sharp-witted, fun-loving junior at Slippery Rock, majoring in Business. 📚🎓 When he’s not hitting the books, you’ll find him joking around, playing video games, and managing social media for his family’s business—talk about a multitasker! 🎮📱

Jordan, who lives in Butler, PA, has a trach/vent and muscular dystrophy, and he’s looking for dedicated nurses to join his care team:
🩺 Daylight shifts: Thursday–Sunday
🌙 Overnights: Open availability

Praise God! After 100 days Jordan is finally home! We have a long road ahead but are beyond thankful for this huge milestone.

Dr Thomas, Michelle and Krysta would like to thank everyone for your prayers and concerns over the last three months. It’s been a difficult time and we could not have done it without all of you. We would like to share a picture of Jordan. Jodan is making wonderful progress with his therapy. He is working very hard to be able to come home in the next month. Please continue to pray for his recovery and the many challenges ahead. God Bless all of you.

Thank you to all of our patients for your prayers and support during this difficult time. The office is OPEN! Dr Thomas will be in the office under a modified schedule.
