People often ask us for pillow recommendations to address neck pain and headaches. Our favorite is ChiroFlow water pillows for side or back sleepers.

We have several variations in stock, including traditional fiber, memory foam, and down alternative. There's even a cooling gel memory foam for hot sleepers.

An added bonus: you can add more water to make a more firm/supportive pillow, or you can remove some water to make it softer.
