It’s about claiming back our power, and learning to respect this power in others, so we are inspired by the confidence of others and not intimidated when someone is owning their unique abilities and values.

We must work on people pleasing, which gives our power over to others - so learning to say no is important. Boundaries are important. So is a good belly laugh and sunshine on your skin.
