I won’t be logged on social media for the near future. I need some spaces and time for healing and clearing. 🖤💜🩷🤍
Just know, I’ll be at Rooted tribe hot yoga on Mondays for Yin yoga and Sound Healing at 4:00pm and in Whitehall for yoga class on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm.

🏔️Even though I love living on a mountain top, it comes with downfall sometimes… Such as Spring Snow! ❄️

‼️With that being said, due to travel and weather, yoga class is Cancelled this evening. 🚘

Next week is “supposed” to be in the 50-60’s and I’ll definitely see you next Wednesday for yoga class!

🧡Lions Breath (Simhasana) is a form of Pranayama (yogic breathing)

💛Do you know we hold tension in our face? (Myself in particular, I hold stress between my eyebrows 🤨- Which is not a great look lol)

🤍Lions breath can help to relax facial muscles and release tension in the entire face and neck
