Poor posture can place excess stress on the spine, muscles, and nervous system—often contributing to pain, tension, reduced mobility, and decreased overall function. Over time, misalignment may also impact breathing, circulation, and energy levels.

Chiropractic care focuses on improving alignment, supporting posture, and helping the body function as it was designed to.

Breathing isn’t just automatic—it’s mechanical 🫁
Healthy thoracic movement allows the ribs and lungs to work together efficiently. When alignment and mobility are supported, breathing patterns can improve naturally.

That’s why chiropractic care focuses on restoring and maintaining proper spinal movement.

Daily habits like sitting, driving, and screen time can subtly impact your spine and your productivity.

Here are 3 ways chiropractic care helps busy professionals thrive:

✨ Better focus
When your spine is aligned, your nervous system works more efficiently—helping you think clearly through long workdays.

✨ Less tension
Desk hours, commutes, and screen time add up. Adjustments ease the strain that slows you down.

✨ More energy
Improved circulation and reduced stress on the body support steadier, longer-lasting energy.

Small changes add up—especially when your days are full. If you’re ready to boost comfort, focus, and energy, call us to get started.

Happy Thanksgiving!

As we reflect on this past year, we’re truly overwhelmed with gratitude. Our patients are the heart of our practice, and your trust, support, and kindness have meant everything to us. Serving you and being a part of your wellness journey is truly one of the greatest gifts of our work.

We also have some joyful news to share: the doctors are expecting their first child in April! This new chapter is incredibly special for us, and we’re thankful to celebrate it with the community that has supported us so warmly over the years.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving full of warmth, health, and time with those who matter most. Thank you for being such an important and meaningful part of our year(s).

Your spine does so much more than support your body — it protects your nervous system, guides your movement, and helps every part of you work together the way it was designed to.

Each section plays its own role: the cervical spine allows mobility and vision, the thoracic spine protects vital organs, the lumbar spine provides strength and stability, and the sacrum anchors the entire structure.

When any part is under stress, your whole system feels the strain. Gentle, consistent chiropractic care helps restore balance, ease tension, and support your natural healing over time.

Chiropractic is about reconnecting the spine, the nervous system, and the way you feel in your everyday life. ✨

The Who What and Where

HELLO! Thanks for stopping by to learn a little more about us and what it is our business has been built upon. I am Dr. Paige Nelson and the dapper looking man in the picture to my right is my Fiance Dr. Austin Goodell. We both originally hail from the midwest. Dr. Austin is from Cedar Rapids, IA and I am from Antigo, WI. We met in graduate school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. The Davenport campus is the fountain head and where chiropractic was born and developed including the first ever adjustment given a block from campus. The last year and a half of schooling we started our upper cervical (upper neck) specialty training. There are many forms of analysis and adjusting when it comes to tackling this area of the spine. What helped us personally and made the most sense to us was the Blair upper cervical work. We both had the privilege to study and practice under Dr. Todd Hubbard, who has been recognized as one of the nations best. We served as his right hands during our clinical rotations overseeing all interns and chiropractic activities being done under Dr. Hubbard. He holds a special place in our hearts and has been an inspiration to the both of us from day 1. Without his guidance and teachings it would be hard to believe we would be where we are today, Thank YOU lil hubbs ;).

We commonly get asked what brought us to Butte (typically including a scoff and a pinched face). Coming from a small town and going through schooling in big cities I have been searching for the bits that make a small town special. A tight nit, loyal, community is a big one for us. People working together to grow and improve upon themselves and the area they call home. The exact moment, though, we realized this was our place came from walking the uptown streets. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE PASSED SAID HELLO. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Not one person knew us from Adam and each one looked at us like we've sat together in church for years. It’s that extra bit of something.

Speaking of that extra something, that is what chiropractic is to us and how we choose to practice it. Chiropractic is a science based on the principle that the body is a self healing, self regulating organism WHEN the spines structure and the bodies power source, the nervous system, are without interference of subluxations. Our job is to find and correct spinal misalignments, called subluxations, to alleviate neurologic interruption between brain and body creating much of todays dis-eases. We do this by focusing on the cervical (neck) spine through Blair upper cervical analysis to clear the beginning of internal communication and gonstead pelvic (hip and low back) analysis to create a strong foundation for HEALING and FUNCTION. WE ARE NOT a low back and neck pain clinic. That being said patients see us when those symptoms become prevalent and unbearable. Pain is a last ditch effort for the body to get your attention that something is wrong. Headaches, Migraines, digestive issues, reproductive issues, asthma, depression, anxiety, ADHD to name a few, are organ based, and can find benefit from chiropractic. WE ARE a health clinic focused on decreasing your pain wether spinal or internal, stabilizing the body, and returning the inborn power to regulate and heal your self. Chiropractic has saved us both and we want to give a viable option to others to experience the same

“Because I honor the inborn potential of everyone to be truly healthy. Because I desire to help the newborn, the aged, and those without hope. Because I choose to care for the patient with the disease, not the disease. Because I wish to assist rather than intrude; to free rather than control. Because I seek to correct the cause, not its effect. Because I know doctors do not heal, only the body can heal itself. Because I have been called to serve others. Because I want to make a difference. Because everyday I get to witness miracles.”
