The postpartum period, often called the Sacred Window, is a time when a mother’s body is open, tender, and in deep need of warmth, nourishment, and support. But in today’s fast-paced world, new mothers are expected to “bounce back” rather than be cared for, and I feel like we are seeing SO MUCH DEPLETION because of it!

💛So, I am on a mission, in addition to my bodywork and care for new mothers and babies, is to bring the real, deep, and intensely healing practices of Tradition postpartum care directly into your hands.

Traditional postpartum care honors this time with gentle, restorative practices—two of them being Abhyanga massage and belly binding.

When I was pregnant with William, our youngest, I had the privilege of attending massage school. I wouldn’t have believed it before then, but prenatal massage completely transformed my experience during pregnancy.

✨ Weekly until birth

This averages about 13 massages (starting at 12 weeks).

It might sound like a lot, but being uncomfortable during pregnancy is a lot too!
