This week we are excited to have a new teacher added to the Yoga Coop roster. Please meet Emily who will be teaching this Saturday and again for Phoebe on Tuesday. Here's an introduction in her own words:

"I began my yoga journey in 2020 and was instantly drawn to its deeply healing and transformative nature. Over the years, both practicing and teaching yoga have taught me invaluable lessons—on and off the mat. As a teacher, my goal is to support others in reconnecting with their bodies through mindful, intentional movement, creating space for self-awareness, balance, and growth.

I'm excited and grateful to be teaching at the yoga co-op, and to be part of a community that values inclusivity, collaboration, and the shared power of this practice."

We are so excited to host Lisa as she leads this beginner friendly accessible sanctuary that will include astrological discussion, movement, meditation and discussion.

Be supported by like-minded women and benefit from the shared feminine energy that fosters authentic expression and truth in a judgement free space.

The energy created by the moon circle not only brings benefit to the individuals but it spreads throughout the community as well.

August is National Dog Month and so our donation selections this month are:

Pintler Pets
Mission: To aid in the journey of finding forever homes for abandoned, homeless, and surrendered pets while preventing overpopulation and creating a more humane Montana

Res Dog Rescue
We are a foster home based 501 (c)(3) rescue located in Billings, Montana helping rescue stray dogs on Reservations in south central Montana. We get them spayed or neutered, puppy/dog vaccines, good food and loving. Then we find them wonderful furever homes. Consider adopting a rescue dog today!
