Often we can get so focused on scale-only victories that we overlook all of the other progress that's happening along the way. Choosing to eat at home instead of picking up fast food, focusing on hydrating throughout the day, prioritizing sleep and recovery, listening to internal cues for fullness and hunger - these are all habits that we teach at Adaley Nutrition Services.
What we've found is when we build better habits, find consistency and trust the process, the number on the scale tends to drop, too!
