Despite the challenges over the last couple weeks, we are thrilled to share that we are treating patients in our new building!

We are still navigating the aftermath from the fire and are looking forward to being able to utilize our entire space once repairs are finished. We truly appreciate your patience while construction is underway. We are incredibly humbled and overwhelmed by the generosity of this amazing community. 🩵

This past weekend, our building and the one next to us were affected by a fire that is currently being investigated as possible arson. While this has certainly been an unexpected and devastating challenge, Nicole has been working tirelessly alongside insurance adjusters, contractors, and community partners to move forward safely and efficiently.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through this process. We’re so appreciative of this community and the outpouring of support we have received during this terrible event. We send our love and support to the other local businesses affected by these fires last weekend.

Meet Nikki! She’s our newest friendly face at Mountains and Milestones. You’ll find her at the front desk, welcoming families, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every visit is a positive experience. 💙

Nikki grew up just outside of Bozeman and loves all the classic Montana outdoor activities—hiking, hunting, fishing, camping—and spending time with her husband, 18-month-old son and two big doggos. With a degree in Psychology, she brings a thoughtful, family-focused perspective to everything she does. Nikki and her family moved to Butte nearly two years ago and have been enjoying everything the area has to offer. She’s excited to meet more families and be an active part of the Mountains and Milestones community!

Say hi to Cortney! She’s one of our amazing Physical Therapists here at Mountains and Milestones. Cortney loves helping kids reach new milestones and discover just how strong and capable they are. She celebrates progress right alongside families and brings encouragement every step of the way. 💙

A Montana native, Cortney and her family made the move to Butte in 2023. In her free time, you’ll often find her hiking, fishing, camping, or simply soaking up the great outdoors. She looks forward to connecting with more families and getting more involved in the Butte community!

Up next in our introductions is someone we’re so grateful to have on our team- Sarah!

Sarah is our wonderful Speech and Feeding Therapist here at Mountains and Milestones. She brings expertise, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to helping little ones grow their communication and feeding skills with confidence. 💙 Sarah is an AEIOU-trained therapist and just recently was awarded the Distinguished Early Career Professional (ECP) Certificate from ASHA for her significant impact to her profession and community. We are very proud of her!!

When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, son, young daughter and brand-new puppy! She enjoys outdoor activities, such as camping and hiking, but also enjoys indoor activities such as reading fantasy series, baking, and watching a good movie.
