We would like to give a shout out to one of our Tribe leaders, Lexi Salminen🧘🏼‍♀️
She just returned from Tejakula, Bali, finishing her 200hr training🙌🏽

Lexi is going to incorporating more hands-on assist in her classes, while also placing a stronger emphasis on slowing down. Her intention is to cultivate greater awareness and embodiment by guiding students to connect more deeply with their breath and move with softness and presence.
