Why HealthSource?

The current state of health of Americans is appallingly poor. We are sicker than we have ever been, this next generation of kids is NOT expected to outlive their parents, and this is despite a healthcare system and science that discovers new and amazing information about the human body and existence almost daily.

Science and medicine are doing the best they can to hold us together and keep us alive as long as possible. But is it enough? Ideally, we would always be healthy enough to not need medicine or surgery.

Health and wellness requires that we return to what we were designed to be and how have existed as for our entire existence on earth: active, mobile, flexible, strong mammals that conquered the planet. We can make use of modern amenities, science and sickness care, but the key to our health is in how we take care of ourselves on a daily basis to maintain the balance and lifestyle of our ancestors.

We must move more, eat better, live in community and help each other survive.
