Spring is here and we’ve been honoring and rejoicing by ways of starting seeds and getting our hands and feet in the soil 🌱

This week we’ll be planting peas and spinach and potting up our medicinal perennials to share with you all!

& this weekend we’re kicking off the season with our first Natural Health Clinic and a GF Sourdough Class in our kitchen with the lovely Andi Blinn! A wealth of knowledge packed into a 3 hour, hands on class.
