The Etheric Body
The Etheric body is the level I see and work at in my healing practice. I do not see colors or aura when turning into someone; I see things in what is also called the subtle body. I have thought about how to explain how I see it. When I look at a person, I get an impression that is evident but hard to explain.
Then, we can go into the healing phase of the session. I often ask what happened in a specific year in the first seven years of your life.
The first seven years are when we develop our personality for this life.
The year I ask about will invariably be where a wound or trauma occurred that is affecting you now, causing this imbalance.
By Talking about it, processing the associated emotions, and doing what I call running energy on it, This energy that comes through my crown chakra from source and out of my hands heals physical and emotional wounds. Strengthens your connection to source and grounds you to earth
Here is an explanation I found of the etheric body when looking online
The etheric body is the physical plane of the aura. Due to its close proximity, it is deeply connected to your physical body. It is tied to physical health and bodily sensations, including pain and pleasure.
It is linked with the root chakra, which, among other things, is associated with our basic human needs. The etheric body is responsible for hot and cold sensations and even hunger and thirst. Our physical and etheric bodies are so closely connected that the etheric body is sometimes called a metaphysical twin.
Some spiritualists believe that each part of the physical body has an equal replica within the etheric layer, including all organs. Even if one is removed, the etheric version protects us.
The 5 senses are also the responsibility of the etheric body. It is the medium through which we experience the world. It receives the energies of the world around us, affecting our energy.
The etheric body delivers energy to your physical body, whether positive or negative. Similarly, the physical body’s experiences affect your etheric body and the kind of energy it provides. The relationship is cyclical; if you do not care for one, the other will suffer, too, and the cycle will continue.
The emotional and mental layers are also connected to the etheric layer. This gives more meaning to the theory that our emotions and mental health profoundly impact our bodies' feelings.
