We are a family focused organization and believe that our nations heroes come first in regards to fast and efficient behavioral services. We strive to take care of our providers, so in turn they can take care of the clients.
We are looking for Independently Licensed Providers who can provide quality, cost-effective outpatient care for clients and their families.
Hours of Operation:
M-F 8am-8pm
Sat. 9am-12pm
Job Requirements :
Social Work ( LICSW), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)
Experience in conducting assessments, group counseling, individual counseling, and treatment planning
Working familiarity and/or direct experience in the use of relevant technology (EMRs, telehealth, etc.).
Telehealth Service Experience
Provide individual, group, family, marital, child and/or adjunctive therapies as needed and within the area of expertise and limits of credentials.
Conduct case management services and prepare discharge summaries.
Interact with referral sources and other external providers to insure coordination of patient services
Meet with 15-17 clients per week.
Monitor caseload to assure compliance with third-party payers, including chart reviews, completing pre-certification requests, initial and continuing reviews and authorizations.
Abide by the professional staff code of ethics and maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual-relationships and professional stature.
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Master's Level Degree in Social Work ( LICSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)
Knowledge of current clinical best practices in addiction treatment and demonstrated ability to put this knowledge into practical application.
Fee-for-Service: $55 per session
