To help you start your summer off right and to celebrate the 4th of July, we will be giving away a gift certificate to The Forum to one person! We will choose this person on July 1st!!! We will always make an announcement here and have you come in to get your certificate in person!

All you have to do to be entered for the drawing is like and share this post, tag three friends below and follow us! As always please invite your friends to like and follow our page!

Our current hours are:
Mondays 6 am to 6 pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6 am to 4 pm
Thursdays 6 am to 3 pm
Fridays 7:45 am to 11:30 am

We are closed for lunch from 11:45-12:45 pm

We will be closed on July 4th, however can take emergency calls if needed.

We accept all insurances and give a self-pay discount to those who qualify! We offer a variety of services including but not limited to well exams, urgent care type visits, weight loss clinic and early morning appointments, just to name a few!

You do not have to use us for primary care for these types of appointments and we accept walk ins during normal business hours!

Also we only have one receptionist working at an any given time, the calls are always routed to two staff lines though, if by chance the internet is down or if our amazing staff members are busy, helping all of our fantastic patients, such as yourselves, then they cannot always answer your calls. Please plan to leave them a voicemail and there are always three to five staff members checking the voicemail at all times. Just like with any other medical office, they may take 24-48 business hours to get back to you, although our goal is to try to always answer your calls asap.

Please aim call us a week in advance for prescription refills when you can, there are times we have to get Prior Authorizations on them, or pharmacies run out of medicine. By calling a week in advance, this will help to ensure there are no lapses in your medications.

We also have a very user-friendly patient portal! It is listed below 👇 at the top right of the page and you can either sign up there or sign up while in office! If it’s easier to use the portal for you, when trying to reach us, you can send a message in your portal! We also take walk ins daily, even for new patients, during normal business hours!

We will be closing the office at 3 pm due to the internet being down indefinitely today in Byesville. We will be able to offer telehealth and our staff are working to reschedule appointments for this afternoon. We will be available by calling 7406856800 and if you can please leave a voicemail. We will be back in the office at 6 am tomorrow!

Hey Everyone,

The internet is down here in Byesville today but they are in the process of fixing it! Please stop in if you need any medication refills or an appointment and we’ll be happy to see you! We are able to send in orders and medications etc!

Due to the internet being down, our phone system is also down.

We also accept walk ins any day, whether you are an established patient or not and Urgent Care type services daily!

If you believe you may be contagious, we do prefer to offer telehealth instead of in person visits!

The staff enjoyed a retreat this past weekend and some time off together! We love what we do here for Byesville and the surrounding communities! We were missing a few team members on this trip though! Thank you so much for all of your support!!!

We have another patient who wanted to share the weight loss journey pictures they’ve been on over the last year and we wanted to take a moment to congratulate her! We are so proud of all of our patients and the hard work and dedication it takes to making healthier lifestyle choices! Today she brought in her favorite shorts, which she can no longer wear! Today we cried happy tears with her as she shared her story ❤️
