I want to thank all of my clients for being so patient and understanding with my schedule.

With being so incredibly short staffed at the 911 center, I've been trying to pick up as much as possible there to alleviate some of the stress of my coworkers. In turn, that doesn't leave a lot of extra time for me here.

I continue to ask for patience as we continue to push forward. And hopefully.... hopefully things will return to some semblance of "normal"

This is exactly why my Cancellation and Late policies will be enforced next year.

Imagine ....just one no show per day. Even just a half hour.. for 5 days That's $150.00.

Would you want your paycheck cut by $150-300 a week!? With no notice? Me either.

Changes will be coming in 2023!

Sadly ☹️... A price increase. I haven't done that in 3 years... and as everyone knows... prices just keep escalating.

24 Hour Cancelation Policy -- will be more enforced... With consequences. 😕. I hate to do it, but after 10 years in business it is needed.

There will also be perks throughout the year as well to celebrate 10 YEARS!
